Romageco (K) Limited through the brand Rob’s Magic Designs (RMD) have expanded fabrication and manufacturing for specialised steel/aluminium products. Our expansion has included huge investments in the state of the art, CAD/CAM plasma cutters for very accurate steel/aluminium plate cutting. We have invested in the very best computer controlled tube bending and plasma cutting equipment. Investments include a powder coating oven for a very tough finish to our final products to further add to a quality appearance.
Our Production Department is actively involved in performance improvement processes (Kaizen), through Kaizen we have been able to realize better Time and space management, improve quality and production efficiency. Our equally famous TJM bull bars are assembled here in our factory and exported to over 12 different countries including Dubai and Europe.
Rob’s Magic is the brand of choice in the automotive industry and we now offer the same high quality in fabricated (RMD) products. Production Department
Our Production Department is headed by Chirag Soni the Production Director, an expert in production, fabrication and engineering with over 15 years working experience with Romageco Kenya Ltd in overseeing the production of our various manufactured products working with a team of high technical expertise.
We employ a skilled labour force of highly qualified engineers in welding, fabrication and computer Aided Design. As such RMD department is hugely qualified to manufacture and fabricate high quality products.
